A former warehouse and showroom district northwest of downtown that has added substantial residential inventory, mostly attached, alongside galleries, design showrooms and restaurants.
Central / East-Central Dallas
Knox-Henderson
A central Dallas area straddling Central Expressway, combining period homes, newer townhomes and condominiums, and two active retail corridors along Knox Street and Henderson Avenue.
